The Mailer Boxes is a UK mailer box maker and supplier. We quote, draw proofs and manage every order from our office in Wolverhampton.
We work mainly with small brands and online shops: people who measure in millimetres, care how a parcel looks on a doorstep and want to stay inside a postal band.
What do we make?
Corrugated mailer boxes in six closure styles, boxes built around inserts and subscriptions, printed and coloured finishes, and paper padded and compostable mailers.

How do we work with sellers?
- A written price within one working day, with no checkout and no guesswork.
- A free proof on the flat net of your box before anything is printed.
- Production in 4 to 6 working days after you approve that proof.
- Free tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses in 2 to 3 working days.
- A reprint or refund if a misprint or damage is reported within 10 days with photos.
Why only the UK mainland?
Keeping delivery to the UK mainland lets us give one clear timescale and keep delivery free on every order. It also means our size advice is built around Royal Mail bands that our customers actually post through.
What matters most to us?
Getting the size right first time. A box that is 5 mm too deep can cost a seller more in postage than the box itself, so we check every size against the band before quoting.
After that, a proof that is clear enough to approve with confidence, and boxes that arrive when we said they would.

Do you only make mailer boxes?
Mailer boxes are our main work, alongside paper padded mailers and compostable mailers for soft items.
Do you sell boxes to the public as well as businesses?
Yes. Anyone can ask for a quote, whether you run a shop or need boxes for a one-off project.
Can I speak to the person who draws my proof?
Usually, yes. Reply on the proof email or WhatsApp thread and the message reaches the person handling your order.
Why do you quote every order in writing?
Because size, board and print all change the price. A written quote means you know exactly what you are paying before any work starts.
Do you design packaging from scratch?
We lay out your logo and artwork on the box and suggest placement. For a full brand design, bring finished artwork or a brief from your designer.
Why is there no online checkout?
Every box is cut to a different size, so a checkout price would rarely be right. We quote the exact job instead.
Do you work with subscription box businesses?
Yes. Subscription boxes are a regular job for us, often with a printed lid interior and a box size that stays the same each month.
Are your boxes plain or branded?
Both. You can order plain kraft or white boxes, or print them in one colour, two colours or full colour.
