What should your first message include?
The three inside measurements, a rough quantity and a line about what goes in the box. That is enough for a first price.
If you already know the size and print, the detailed mailer box quote form collects everything in one go.

Can I visit the office to see boxes?
The office handles quotes and artwork rather than sales, so we do not show or sell boxes there. Send your size and we will send a proof instead.
Can I send artwork through WhatsApp?
Yes, for a first look. For print we may ask for the original file by email, as WhatsApp compresses images.
Who answers the phone?
A member of our small team who can price a box, explain the board options and check a proof with you.
Can I share a photo of my product instead of measuring it?
A photo helps, but a measurement is still needed. Put a ruler beside the item in the photo and we can suggest an inside size.
Which email address should I use for artwork?
Send everything to info@themailerboxes.co.uk. Put your name or quote reference in the subject so it joins your existing order.
How do I chase an order that is already in production?
Reply to your proof email or message us on WhatsApp with your name. We will tell you which stage the order has reached.
Do you reply at weekends?
Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday. Production and delivery times are counted in working days.
