How do you use Design Your Mailer Box?
- Pick the mailer box that is closest to what you want from the photos above.
- Upload your logo as a PNG, JPG or SVG file.
- Drag and resize the logo on the photo until the placement looks right.
- Add your inside size and quantity, then send the design to us.
There is nothing to install and no account to make. The photo is there to show placement and scale, so you can judge whether a logo looks too big for the lid before anyone sets up a print job.
What happens after you send your design?
We read the size and the placement, then reply with a written quote within one working day. Once you are happy with the price, we put your artwork onto the flat net of the box at full size and send a free proof.
That proof is the document you approve, not the photo. Production of 4 to 6 working days only starts after your yes, and the free tracked delivery details explain what follows.
Which artwork files print sharpest?
A good file saves a round of emails at proof stage. These points matter most.
- Vector files such as SVG, PDF or AI keep edges crisp at any size.
- A PNG with a transparent background works well for a first look.
- Small photos stretched to fill a lid will look soft once printed.
- Thin lines and tiny text can fill in on kraft, so keep them bold.
- A light logo needs white underprint to show on brown board.
Is the photo the same as the final box?
Not exactly. The photo is a real box we have made, but your inside size, board and print may differ. Colours on a screen also look brighter than ink on board, especially on kraft.
Use the photo to decide on position and scale. Use the proof to check spelling, colour and exact measurements.
Questions
Do I need design software to use the Design Your Mailer Box page?
No. It runs in your browser. You only need your logo saved as an image file.
What happens if my logo has a white background?
The white box around it will show on the photo and would print too. Use a PNG with a transparent background, or send the original file and we will remove it at proof stage.
Can I place a logo inside the lid on the Design Your Mailer Box page?
The photo shows the outside of the box. Tell us in your message if you also want print inside the lid, and the proof will show both faces.
Will my uploaded logo be used for anything else?
No. It is used to prepare your quote and proof only. Our privacy notice for this site explains how files are kept.
Can I try my logo on more than one box style?
Yes. Switch between the photos as often as you like before sending. If you cannot decide, send two and we will quote both.
Does the photo show the true size of my logo?
It shows the proportion against the box in the photo. The proof sets the exact size in millimetres against your own inside measurements.
Can I add text as well as a logo?
Upload what you have and add the wording in your message. A web address or a short line inside the lid is easy to set up on the proof.
What if my design needs a pattern across the whole box?
Send the pattern file with your request. All-over print is set up on the flat net, so the proof is the place to see how it wraps around the corners.
Is there a charge for sending a design for a proof?
No. The proof is free, and nothing is printed or charged until you approve it.
Can I change my mind after sending the design?
Yes. Reply to our email with the change and we update the quote or the proof. Nothing is fixed until you approve the final proof.
