How long until my boxes arrive?
The clock starts when you approve the proof. Production takes 4 to 6 working days, then delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If you have a launch date, tell us when you ask for a quote so we can plan around it.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. That covers homes, units, offices and stockrooms. Tell us about loading bays, gate codes or delivery hours when you order.
How do mailer boxes arrive?
Boxes come flat, creased and strapped in bundles, then packed in outer cartons. Flat bundles take far less room than made-up boxes, and they stack neatly on a shelf until you need them.
Padded and compostable mailers arrive flat in packs, ready to fill and seal.
What should you check when the delivery arrives?
- Count the cartons against the tracking details before the driver leaves, if you can.
- Note any crushed or wet cartons on the delivery record and take a photo.
- Open one bundle and fold a box to check the size and print against the proof.
- Report any misprint or damage within 10 days, with photos.

How should you store flat mailer boxes?
Keep bundles flat, dry and away from radiators or damp walls. Board takes on moisture from the air, and a damp box loses its crisp folds.
Leave the straps on until you start packing, and fold boxes as you go rather than making up a week's supply at once.

Does delivery cost extra on small mailer box orders?
No. Tracked delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on every order, whatever the quantity.
Can I choose a delivery date for my boxes?
Tell us the date you need them by and we plan production around it where we can. Delivery itself runs 2 to 3 working days after production.
Will someone need to sign for the delivery?
It depends on the size of the order and the courier route. Tracking details tell you when to expect it, so you can arrange for someone to be there.
Can boxes be delivered to a different address from the invoice?
Yes. Give us the delivery address and any access notes when you approve the quote.
How big are the cartons the boxes arrive in?
It depends on your box size and quantity. Because the boxes are flat, even a large order usually arrives in a small number of cartons.
Can one order be split across two addresses?
Ask us when you request a quote. Splits are possible and the quote will say how they are handled.
Do bank holidays affect the delivery time?
Yes. Bank holidays are not working days, so they add a day to production or delivery if they fall in the middle.
What if the tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived?
Check with neighbours and any safe place first, then contact us with your order details and we will chase it with the courier.
Do the padded mailers ship in the same parcel as the boxes?
If they are on the same order and ready together, yes. Otherwise each part ships as soon as it is made.
Can I track my mailer boxes before they leave production?
We can tell you which stage the order has reached. Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your name.
